Welcome to Orch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of orch.live and its related services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To publish content, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at sameer@orch.live of any unauthorized use.

3. Content and Publication

3.1 Editorial Review

All content submitted to the Platform is subject to review by the Orch editorial team before publication. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any submission.

3.2 License Grant

By submitting content, you grant Orch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the Platform and its promotion.

3.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive links
• Promotes illegal activities, violence, or discrimination
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, software, logos, and branding are the property of Orch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and submit.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ORCH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and notice, at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
